CADENCE is Epitome Therapeutics’ proprietary epigenome editing platform, enabling precise, durable, and tunable activation of gene expression without altering the underlying DNA sequence. Built on a modular library of engineered epigenetic effectors, the platform is being developed for diseases driven by dysregulated gene activity, including rare and metabolic disorders, where restoring or fine-tuning gene expression is the more relevant therapeutic strategy.
